You acknowledge that Super Genii, Inc. is not responsible for data loss, corruption, theft, interception, unauthorized access, misuse, inaccuracy, stale records, duplicate records, delayed processing, or transmission failures.

3. No Responsibility for Downtime

Service interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, internet conditions, infrastructure events, third-party dependencies, force majeure, or other operational factors. You assume operational risk associated with such events.

4. Client-Controlled Compliance and Governance

Clients are solely responsible for their own data management, legal governance, retention policies, consent tracking, and compliance frameworks, including but not limited to privacy, marketing, telecom, and consumer protection obligations.

5. Limitation of Service Obligations

Super Genii, Inc. does not provide legal advice, compliance administration, or regulatory filing services unless expressly stated in a separately signed written agreement.

Continued use of the services confirms your acceptance of this risk allocation and disclaimer framework.
