Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines prohibited and restricted uses of the Super Genii, Inc. platform. You must use the services in a lawful, ethical, and commercially reasonable manner.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights.
• Uploading, transmitting, or storing unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or infringing data.
• Attempting unauthorized access, privilege escalation, credential abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or system disruption.
• Distributing malware, malicious code, or content designed to disable, damage, or degrade services.
• Using the services to interfere with other users, infrastructure, or network reliability.

3. Security and Access Controls

You are responsible for maintaining credential security, restricting unauthorized access, and promptly reporting suspicious activity. You remain accountable for all activity under your account.

4. Data Handling Obligations

You are solely responsible for lawful collection, processing, transfer, retention, deletion, and disclosure of your data. You must maintain your own backup, recovery, and data governance controls.

5. Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for all compliance requirements applicable to your business and data. Super Genii, Inc. does not manage your compliance obligations and does not guarantee legal or regulatory fitness for your specific use case.

6. Enforcement

Super Genii, Inc. may investigate policy violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate service access at its discretion to protect users, infrastructure, and legal interests.
